The Cash Back is valued at $10 AUD/NZD.
When can I make a purchase?
A purchase and claim must be made between 28/09/23 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 25/10/23.
How many times can I claim a Cash Back?
There is a limit of 1 claim per household during the promotion.
How do I claim my Cash Back?
To claim the Cash Back you must first purchase a participating Magnesium product and then submit your claim by completing the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Visit www.ethicalnutrientscashback.com and follow the prompts to the claim form;
- input the requested details;
- upload you purchase receipt for the product you have purchased; and
- submit the completed claim form.
What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?
You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating product purchased, the store where the product was purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.
How will I receive my Cash Back?
Australian claimants – Cashback will be delivered as a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® valued at AU$10
New Zealand claimants - Cashback will be delivered as NZ$10 to be paid into the claimants nominated New Zealand bank account by electronic funds transfer (EFT).
How long will it take to receive my Cash Back?
Cash Back will be sent to the claimants Mobile or Bank account within 14 working days of claim being approved.
What if my bank details or mobile number are submitted incorrectly?
It is your responsibility to check that the mobile number and/or bank details provided are correct to ensure the Cash Back can be awarded. A claimant may forfeit the right to the cash back if incorrect details are provided, illegible or details provided are mistakenly incorrect and linked to the wrong mobile number or bank account. Please check all details provided on the claim form are correct before submitting.
